The registration fee includes continental breakfast, breaks and all course materials. Enrollment is confirmed with payment of the registration fee. We are unable to process any registration without payment. Payment may be made by Mastercard, Visa, or American Express. We cannot guarantee course materials or meals on-site to anyone who registers after January 10th.
In order to register for the conference you must establish a user account. This will allow us to send your meeting confirmation materials and accreditation information. ACCME guidelines require outcomes measurements and in order to satisfy this, you will need to complete a pre-test during the registration process. Following the conference, you will be able to download your certificate after completing the required documentation.
A room block has been established at the Marriot for WHICC. The toll free reservations number is: 1.800.228.9290. The room rate is $125/night plus applicable taxes. The code for this special rate is MEC/MECA.

Pre-registrants may cancel their reservation by submitting a written request by January 10th and receive a refund (less a $75 administration fee).
